Cancellation Policy

Chiropractic: We do not require cancellation notice for your appointments. We do simply ask a courtesy call if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment or if you will be late. We understand that emergencies happen, and we just ask for a call if you will not be able to make it. A courtesy call allows us to open up the spot for a patient who may need it. 

We understand that things come up, but please remember that we have other patients scheduled, so if you will be late, you may have to wait. If you are more than 10 minutes late, there may not be enough time left on your appointment for your scheduled treatment. If you will be ten minutes late or more, please give us a call so we make sure to find a time that the doctor will be able to see you.

Massage: Due to limited availability for massage, we do require a 24-cancellaton notice. If we do not receive notice 24-hours in advance, the full amount of the session will still be charged for the therapist's time. If there is an emergency, please give us a call, as we want to work with you.
